Vegan Protein Pancakes

If you are looking for the perfect pancake recipe, don’t look any further! this recipe is packed with healthy fat from the flaxseeds, protein and carbs to give you enough energy for the day!

– 2 cups self raised Flour
– 2 tsp Stevia
– 1 tsp Flaxseeds
– 3 cups Soy Milk
– 1 scoop Protein Powder

– Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
– Slowly incorporate the milk while mixing
– Cook the pancakes in a pan with a little bite of olive oil

And add you favourite toppings!
Toppings on the picture are: banana, raspberries and peanut butter.
