So how does it work?

  • We will arrange a call to get to know each other, discuss your goal(s) and schedule your first session
  •  

  • Sessions can be done in the comfort of your home or outside in park
  •  

  • The first session will be basic so I can assess your level and adapt future sessions to your abilities and preferences.
