It&#8217;s light, low in sugar and healthy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4 bananas<\/li><li>6 dattes<\/li><li>1 orange<\/li><li>85ml plant milk<\/li><li>30g coconut oil<\/li><li>1tsp vanilla extract<\/li><li>350g all purpose flour<\/li><li>40g brown sugar<\/li><li>15g flaxseeds<\/li><li>1tsp baking powder<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda<\/li><li>1 tsp cinnamon<\/li><li>25g walnuts, chopped<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Preheat the oven at 180\u00b0C.<\/li><li>In a blender mix together the wet ingredients: 3 bananas, 6 dattes, 1 orange, 85ml plant milk, 30g coconut oil (melt it in the microwave first), 1tsp vanilla extract.<\/li><li>In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients: 350g all purpose flour, 40g brown sugar, 15g flaxseeds, 1tsp baking powder, 1\/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tsp cinnamon. mix them together.<\/li><li>Incorporate the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients slowly and mix it. add the chopped walnuts at the end.<\/li><li>Pour the batter into the tin, Slice the last banana in 2 and put at the top for the topping.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/mb-healthandfitness.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_1726-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1113\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mb-healthandfitness.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_1726-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/mb-healthandfitness.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_1726-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/mb-healthandfitness.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_1726-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/mb-healthandfitness.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_1726-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/mb-healthandfitness.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_1726-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
