The program was varied and progressive, tailored to my ability and goals. Even though I&#8217;m not an athletic person, I really enjoyed the sessions which were challenging but suited for me, and seeing the progress every week was really motivating. Margaux knows how to adjust to everyone&#8217;s levels and goals. My husband, who is much more athletic than me , also trained with Margaux and had great results.<br \/>Enfin, le contact avec Margaux est facile et tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Elle est d\u2019une grande gentillesse, sachant \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute et vous motiver dans l\u2019effort avec douceur et d\u00e9termination.<br \/>Je recommande Margaux \u00e0 200%\u00a0!!!<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p>She is great! I have made lot of progress, lost weight and Margaux give me support on all aspect: training, nutritional advices, choice of equipment, etc I&#8217;m 110% satisfied!&#8221; (Goal was to gain muscles and loss fat)<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p>&#8221; Margaux is amazing, non judgmental and was receptive to my personal issues, I would recommend her to anyone! &#8220;<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p>What a crazy run. The weather was dire, Miles of headwind. Dug in deep, pushed through with my arms. New PB 1:35:36. Old was 1:37:08.
